All orders ship from our atelier in Chengdu. Standard pieces are dispatched within five business days; bespoke pieces follow the lead time noted on each product page. Worldwide delivery is provided by FedEx, DHL and UPS Express, with full online tracking and signature on receipt.
Complimentary express shipping is included on every order over €200. Below that, a flat €18 covers worldwide delivery. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout for EU and UK destinations; for other markets, local duties may apply on arrival.
Ready-to-wear pieces (fans, ties, scarves, framed art) may be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and unworn condition, for a full refund. Bespoke commissions are produced individually and are final sale.
To start a return, write to care@tri-speed.studio with your order number; we will arrange collection at our cost.
Silk is a living fibre. Treat it gently and it will outlive you. A few simple rules:
Yes — the embroidery itself is entirely hand-stitched in our Chengdu atelier. We use AI in the design phase only; we never use machine embroidery.
Absolutely. Begin with our Personal Portrait product, or write to bespoke@tri-speed.studio with your brief and your timeline.
Each piece carries a hand-stitched serial number on the reverse, the maker's signature, and a numbered certificate of authenticity. Authenticity can be verified by quoting the serial number to care@tri-speed.studio.
We work with a small number of considered partners — boutique hotels, museums, concept stores. Write to trade@tri-speed.studio with a brief.
